31st Zurich Theatre Spectacle - 19.08.2010

The 31 Zurich Theatre Spectacle is taking place from 19 August to 5 September 2010.

At the Zurich theatre spectacle up to 30 groups and artists perform their newest productions in music, theatre, video as well as dance and performance. The international artists form a colourful festival program and connect the continents to each other.

This year's productions are marked from the pulsating atmosphere from mega cities as Tokio, Bangkok and Rio de Janeiro. Since 1986 one of the artists is being honoured with the conveyance price sponsored from the Zurich cantonal bank. On Saturday evening also the acceptance price will be assigned.

The festival is being held CO2 neutral. On one hand this is achieved through the reduction of contaminants, on the other hand by compensation. As a consequence all festival tickets allow the visitants to use the public transportation in Zurich (VBZ lines).
