Fresh salmon filet on lemon purée with steamed sugar peas (1 person)

Recipe of the month July

Ingredients salmon filet

120	g	salmon filet
		lemon juice
		salt
		pepper

Spice the salmon filet with lemon juice, sea salt, white pepper from a mill and grill it on both sides.

Ingredients lemon purée

100	g	potatoes (e.g. Agria)
20	ml	whole cream
		grated peel of the half of a lemon
20	g	butter
		salt and nutmeg

Peel and cut the potatoes and cook them (20-25 minutes). Push them through a potato ricer. Boil the cream, add the lemon peel, butter, salt and nutmeg. Pour the hot cream to the hot potato purée and stir until smooth.

Ingredients sugar peas

		sugar peas
		butter
		salt
		pepper

Wash the sugar peas, pan fry them in butter, add some water (1 spoonful), steam them about 3 minutes and spice with salt and pepper.
